Keymander 2 - Keyboard not lighting up or working and mouse not working.

Ive plugged my controller into my keymander 2 and it seems to be working but for some reason my keyboard (corsair k65) and my mouse (razer basilisk) are completely not working or lighting up. My keymander 2 is glowing green and is plugged into the back of my xbox series x with the extra power cable attatched. I am using the micro usb cable provided by you guys for my controller and everything is plugged into the right port. Please help, since I spent a lot of money on this product, I would love to be able to use it. Thanks in advance.
