KEYMANDER 2 M&K issues

Hi, I just received and hooked up my KEYMANDER 2 and when my devices are plugged in my mouse and keyboard and controller all light up and turn on but the inputs for the actual console itself aren’t working. I can press F9, F10, F11 etc and those work with the app for turning on settings but none of my profile keys are working on the actual system .

I have turned on USB mode and have a second power source plugged in.
