Random - Xbox One Controller disconnects

My Xbox One Controller will disconnect for about 5 seconds then come back on. The Keymander 2 blinks when this happens. I am connected to power.

if only plug the controller is it still happened this issue ?

if it is not please find other keyboard and mouse for take a try
