Please use the K2 app for FW upgrade
do you already download the K2 app ?

Hi Sleepmode159,
First update your K2 App in the App Store or Google Play store. After the app updates and reconnects to your KeyMander 2 unit, the Device tab will show Firmware Update at the top. Press that and just wait for it to complete.
