Not working

I recently bought the KEYMANDER 2 and set it up how I was supposed to. The problem was no matter how hard a tried the keyboard and mouse would never work on the ps5. I have everything connected and I checked the app for compatibility which it was. Still I can’t get the emulation to work. Why might this be?
