My headset works for 5 minutes then it stops so i have to unplug controller evey 5 minutes to use

What is the make and model of the headset?
This is a bandwidth issue with certain headsets. The only "workaround" would be to have a second controller and having the headset connected to that controller or using a wireless headset. Our engineers are aware of the issue, but there is no permanent solution as of yet.
