Device: KeyMander 2

Need help this doesn’t work. Just cuts off constantly

I’ve done everything possible to get to work at this point unless I can get some help im sending it back and waiting on xim availability

If everything works for a few seconds/minutes and then "cuts off", it sounds like it is a power issue. Try using a 2.4A or greater power adapter to ensure it can power the keyboard and mouse correctly.


If it does not work at all. As in it turn on, but then just power cycles, then it sounds like it could be an incompatibility with either the mouse or keyboard. Try only plugging in the mouse and check to see if the K2 app registers it when trying to map first. Then, try doing the same with only the keyboard connected. If one does not register, it would narrow it down to being incompatible with that unit.
