KNM not working. Controller still giving input
My keyboard and mouse aren’t working and my controller is still giving input even though i have everything set up and changed controller device setting to USB. This is on PS4

Are you able to map keys/mouse within the K2's App?
Please ensure that you are using the USB that was supplied in the box as the cable that is connecting the controller to the K2's controller port.
What color does the K2's LED show? Does it blink?
