Mic not working [XBSX]
When I plug in my headset into a standard XBSX controller it does not work. I hear the game but the mic isn’t being picked up. I’ve updated the firmware on KEYMANDER and have the latest update for the controller. I am playing OverWatch 2 but even when I use it on Discord for XB it does not work.

What is the model number of your controller?
What is the make and model of the headset?

Controller is the standard XBSX. Model # is 1914 I believe. I am using a Razer kraken headset model # :RZ04-02830100-R3U1

Hello,
We are currently investigating this issue that we have been noticing with some specific headsets. Please provide the following information:
- Is the new gen Xbox (series s/x)?
- Console firmware version
- Controller firmware version
- Make sure the mic option is toggle on within the K2 app
- K2 firmware
- Have you tried a different headset?
- How often does it disconnect?
- Does the disconnect happen more often on a certain game?
