Why is my my controller disconnecting all the time, and my key bored is not turning on

Sounds like it could be due to insufficient power or a bad charge and sync cable.
Are you using the power port on the K2 connecting to a power adapter (2.4A would be preferred)?
Are you using the Micro USB cable that came in the box as the cable that is connecting your controller to the gamepad port?
